SAMS’ main target is to develop management at all levels and sectors of Egypt. To this end, it is engaged in the following activities:
- Establishing one or more faculties specialized in management sciences.
- Providing training programs to develop the skills of workers in various sectors within the context of the State economic and social development plan.
- Deepening the management concepts required to upgrade management level and improve performance.
- Providing scientific and fieldwork-based consultancy service that aims at overcoming problems of production.
- Encouraging and conducting academic research that tackle problems of management development.
- Publishing, documenting and gathering information on management.
- Exchanging technical expertise with international organizations, and foreign institutions and accredited universities.
