Objectives:
Leaderships are not the outcome of individual acquired experience or education, but they are rather the outcome of training essential to acquire and improve management skills that ensure effectiveness and efficiency in running public, governmental, and private companies and enterprises. SAMS has organized practical market-oriented training programs for such leaderships.
Among the tasks implemented by the training center are:
1- Identifying management-related problems encountered by managers and their assistants so as to reach appropriate solutions.
2- Designing training programs attended by experienced managers who represent various sectors, providing a high quality and low cost service.
3- Tailoring special training programs on contract-basis in accordance with the needs of each organization.
4- Setting strategic plans to meet the training needs of Egypt and the Arab countries.
5- Adopting the most up-dated techniques in training.
6- Consolidating relationships with clients and pioneer training institutions.
