1. Creating competent environment with suitable policy and legal framework.
2. Achieving institutional development.
3. Achieving human resources development and boosting administrative systems.
Responsibilities:
• Identifying the administrative problems in the local management and finding suitable solutions.
• Designing training programs for workers in the local management.
• Participating in setting up annual plan for training in local management.
