1- Providing governmental and international bodies and organizations with information and statistical data on SAMS and its various activities as in the cases of the Central Authority for Public Mobilization and Statistics, and the Ministry of High Education.
2- Preparing data folders, using Excel program, on SAMS administrative and faculty staff;
3- Analyzing the decrees issued by SAMS President in terms of the following: name, academic department, degree, position, duration, decree number, date of issuance, purpose and others.
4- Analyzing the decrees issued by SAMS Secretary General in terms of the following: name, department, position, duration, decree number, date of issuance, purpose and others.
5- Preparing a periodical statistical release that highlights the major activities of SAMS.
6- Releasing the following publications:
a- A manual to the Journal of Administrative Research;
b- A booklet on the founding and regulating decrees related to SAMS;
c- A release of the most recent publications of scientific specializations;
d- A Guide to the articles published in El-Ahram El-Iktasadi magazine;
e- A Biography of the Books incoming to the Central Library;
f- Abstracts of books available at the Central library;
g- A Guide to Theses and Dissertations at the Central Library. |
